The National "Cotton Textile Consumption Season" Kicked Off
Recently, the National Textile and Garment Matchmaking Activity of "China Tour of Foreign Trade Products" and the National "Cotton Textile Consumption Season" sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce opened in Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Center and Xiamen Zhongshan Road, the national "Demonstration Pedestrian Street".
The purpose of this activity is to further stabilize foreign trade and expand consumption, promote the integration of high-quality foreign trade products into the domestic market, and build a professional exhibition of domestic and foreign trade double cycle supply chain based on Xiamen and serving the whole country, relying on Fujian textile and clothing industry.
It is reported that this national textile and clothing docking activity is an important part of the activity matrix of "foreign trade quality products in China". The three-day event attracted more than 500 exhibitors from all over the country, including more than 50 enterprises in Xiamen and more than 200 booths. The exhibits covered textiles and clothing, surface accessories, original design brands, brand underwear, etc., attracting buyers and foreign trade enterprises from all over the country and overseas to come together to talk about a new path for the transformation of high-quality foreign trade products into domestic sales.
In order to help foreign trade enterprises expand domestic sales channels, e-commerce platform enterprises have become an important force for the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade. Jingdong, Ali, Tiaoyin and other leading e-commerce platforms released support policies in a centralized manner Liu Tao, an expert in Alibaba's production area operations, and Dai Yu, a person in charge of the Diaoyin e-commerce fresh food industry service provider, respectively released exclusive support measures for foreign trade enterprises, covering such fields as flow support, cross-border logistics subsidies, live marketing empowerment, and so on, to help foreign trade products quickly develop domestic sales networks.
It is worth noting that Xiamen officially released a series of policies to promote consumption in 2025 at the national "cotton textile consumption season" activity to promote consumption and promote the work of trade in, and the first foreign trade quality flash shop in China also made a new appearance on Zhongshan Road. In order to help Xiamen's foreign trade enterprises to expand the domestic market, Xiamen has carefully built the "Xiamen Foreign Trade Excellence Collection". The museum has six featured exhibition areas, including outdoor leisure, underwear fabrics, sports functions, pet home, platform empowerment, and comprehensive categories. 26 foreign trade brand enterprises and 2 platform enterprises have settled in the museum, which comprehensively demonstrates the high-quality products and innovative achievements of Xiamen's foreign trade industry, Create a new paradigm for deepening the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade.
It is reported that since Xiamen was selected as a pilot area for the integration of domestic and foreign trade announced by 14 departments including the Ministry of Commerce in 2023, it has continued to open up market channels for the integration of domestic and foreign trade, actively cultivated domestic and foreign trade integrated enterprises, and built a platform for the integration of domestic and foreign trade. Xiamen has identified the fourth batch of 140 foreign trade self owned brand enterprises, including 50 excellent brands, 19 growth brands and 71 start-up brands, in the foreign trade self owned brand cultivation action implemented by Xiamen. Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Commerce has taken the lead in building a network of excellent foreign trade products and actively promoted Xiamen's advantageous industrial belt.
